An engineering studio focused on how buildings feel, perform and age well
Atelier Klima works at the intersection of mechanical engineering, bioclimatic design and building performance. We partner with architects, developers and owners to create spaces that are healthier, more comfortable and more efficient, adapted to their climate and to the people who use them.
From early concept to commissioning, the studio brings a quiet, technical sensibility to projects where craft, longevity and guest experience genuinely matter.
Based in Athens, we work across the Mediterranean and on selected international projects, typically alongside an architectural team, but increasingly engaged directly by discerning owners and developers.

Atelier Klima was founded by Elena Dimaki with the belief that buildings should do more than simply function. They should support wellbeing, feel comfortable to live in and remain efficient throughout their lifecycle. Her approach focuses on creating environments that respond to people, climate and everyday use, balancing comfort, performance and long-term value.
